Hello Wine Lovers! Thank you for visiting my page. My name is Noël and welcome to “WineoXperience.” What started as a hobby has now become a passion project for me. In my personal and professional life, I have always been interested in and committed to representation and inclusion in all areas – workplaces, schools, and social spaces. As my experience with wine increased, I began to see the connection and parallels to human diversity that naturally exist. Wines are as diverse as people; spectacular in their perfect imperfections, shaped by their distinct environments, and always evolving.
Originally from New England and now calling Northern California my home, I am fortunate to live near Napa Valley and Sonoma Valley. Both regions offer hundreds of wineries, restaurants, and experiences. I want to be your guide when visiting the area on where to stay, what to eat, and of course, how to get wine stains out of your clothes.
I still have a lot to learn but I am confident that the experience is better with others. I hope we can grow together as my palette improves, our pours increase, and our pockets empty from all the wines purchased.
If you are curious about the origin of the name “WineoXperience,” it comes from the same person that gave me life, my mother. A few years ago, I made the “mistake” of telling her how many wineries I had visited and she gave me the “side-eye” as black mothers instinctively do. She paused, smirked, and said, “Are you some kind of ‘Wine-O’ now?”
See you on the Wine Trail!
